Booking

Bookings are usually made Friday to Friday.

Tariff

From £650 - £1500 per week depending on numbers and time of year.
Low and mid season weekends are priced at 70% of the weekly rate. High season weekend bookings only available at the last minute.

Deposit

A deposit of 25% of the total rent is due at time of booking and the balance is payable 8 weeks before your holiday period begins.

Security Deposit
A Security deposit of £100 per week is due for each week’s rent, against loss of keys or breakages. This will be refunded to you when the keys are returned to us, providing nothing has been lost or damaged in the property.
